I can't recommend Saxon accident repair more highly. Fantastic communication. I dropped the car off and got a brand new Renault Cleo courtesy car. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The car was not only repaired in a week it was polished and valeted and was literally like new. Just amazing service from beginning to end. Thank you so much. I stupidly scraped the side of my car down the side of a car trailer tow bar. So much for 360' cameras. We know Harry so my wife called him. He said he would sort it like new but there is more than that. Because Saxon are not LV's approved repairer ( they wanted me to go 2 hrs to Portsmouth ) I had to pay an extra £200 and was no longer entitled to the hire car I paid for. No problem. Saxon paid the £200 and supplied a free car. They only had the car 3 days and it came out lovely. But also there was a rub mark on the rear bumper that they did, and on top of that they fitted my new wipers that were on the back.
